Lot documentation
Find the COA
for your lot.
Most lot records are available in the public COA archive. When a document is not listed yet—or you need help matching identifiers—contact support with your order number.
-
01
Search the archive first
Open the COA archive and search by product name, lot number, or accession number. Start with the exact lot or accession from the vial or packing slip for the narrowest result.
-
02
Use PDP shortcuts
On research product pages, use “Find the lot COA” to jump into the archive with the product context pre-filled when available.
-
03
Request help from support
If you cannot locate a document, contact the U.S.-based support team with your order number, product name, and lot number. Support can help locate lot documentation; it does not provide personal-use or dosing guidance.
-
04
Which document controls
The applicable lot Certificate of Analysis is the controlling record for the material supplied—not a marketing summary or an older reference gallery image.
