Shipping and Returns

At Simple Peptide, we’re committed to delivering top-quality research peptides. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • Opened products are not eligible for refund unless approved on a case-by-case basis.
  • Must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Requests beyond 30 days are not eligible.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

In the event of a shipping related issue (such as delay, misdelivery, or loss) Simple Peptide can reship your package 7 business days after the original scheduled delivery date, and once we receive confirmation from the shipping carrier regarding the status of your original order. We appreciate your understanding as we work with our shipping partners to ensure your order arrives as quickly and securely as possible. 

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 30 minutes of purchase.
  • After 30 minutes or once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Simple Peptide is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier issues
  • Other factors beyond our control
  • Double-check your shipping address during checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If tracking shows your package as delivered but not received, contact the carrier (FedEx or USPS).
  • We are happy to assist with filing a claim but are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
