Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and unopened. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded. Returns on open vials will be done on a situational basis only.
Refund Window: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and unopened. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
Refund Issuance: Once the returned product is inspected and confirmed to meet the above criteria, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping & Handling Issues: If there is an issue with the quality, shipping, or handling of your order (such as missing or damaged items), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund where applicable.
Order Cancellations & Changes: If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must do so within 60 minutes of placing the order or before the item is packed. After this 60-minute window, no changes or cancellations can be made to the order. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible within this timeframe via email.
Order Cancellations After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot accommodate cancellation requests.
